All items are carefully inspected and authenticated before shipment to ensure authenticity and accurate condition descriptions.
Returns
Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are final unless:
- The item is confirmed to be inauthentic.
- We shipped the wrong item.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Expected condition differs from personal expectations
- Minor signs of wear consistent with pre-owned luxury goods
Authentication
Every item is authenticated prior to shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
